• The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow potential customers to submit requests for information or quotes (RFQs).
   
• Users may also upload files or specifications relevant to potential textile manufacturing or supply orders.
   
• You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, including transmitting harmful code, misrepresenting identity, or violating applicable laws and regulations.
   

• By submitting forms or uploading files/specifications, you represent that you have the necessary rights to provide such information and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
   
• You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted information and files solely for evaluating, quoting, and fulfilling potential orders.
   
• The Company does not guarantee confidentiality of submissions unless and until a formal non-disclosure agreement is executed.
   

As a U.S. Government contractor and supplier, the Company operates in accordance with applicable procurement laws and regulations, including (where applicable):

• The Berry Amendment (10 U.S.C. §2533a)
   
• Buy American Act (41 U.S.C. §§8301–8305)
   
• Trade Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. §§2501–2581)
   
• Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) flow-down requirements
   

Users engaging with the Site for RFQ or order purposes acknowledge these compliance requirements may apply to their transactions.

• All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design, is the property of the Company and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
   
• You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written consent.
   

This Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third-party sites.

• The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
   
• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
   
• The arbitration shall take place in Tampa, Florida.
   

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
