We utilize a hybrid manufacturing model:

• U.S.-based Baltimore, Maryland production for rapid turnaround, smaller runs, and set-aside compliance.
   
• Overseas manufacturing (Bangladesh and others) for high-volume, cost-effective production.
  This allows us to deliver quality, flexibility, and competitive pricing.

All products are manufactured to customer specifications and undergo strict quality assurance inspections. Our U.S. and international partners follow established ISO-certification processes and have over 45 years of textile manufacturing experience. 

Lead times depend on the size and complexity of the order:

• U.S. production: 2–6 weeks for most standard runs.
   
• International production: 8–12 weeks depending on shipping and customs.
  Expedited options are available upon request.
